HABILITATION

Habilitation (HAH) is self-help skills taught in steps to develop more independence and confidence. Habilitation includes a variety of methods such as: special development skills, behavior intervention, sensory and motor development skills. They are all designed to maximize the functioning of persons with developmental disabilities. 

RESPITE 

Respite service (RSP) provides short-term care and supervision in accordance with the members Person Centered Service Plan (PCSP). The goal of the service is to provide a “break” for the caregiver. This service can be provided in the person's home or the community. 

ATTENDANT CARE

Attendant Care service (ATC), or Total Care, provides necessary support in order for the person to remain in his/her own home and/or participate in work or community activities. The goals of the service include assisting the member to have a safe and clean home, stay healthy and have good meals. 

TRANSPORTATION

Our Transportation is covered through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We use our company vehicles to provide door-to-door service to and from appointments. At least 72hr notice is required.  

ADULT DAY PROGRAM (DTA) 

Our Adult Day Program (DTA) is for adults with developmental disabilities age 18+. This is funded through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Members work on individualized goals with direct support staff and rotate through engaging environments that foster skill development. We also offer outings for community engagement.
